Tina Peters, RN, MPH, PHN

Tina Peters, RN, MPH, PHN, is an Integration Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Health's Health Care Homes program, where she supports behavioral health and other health and social services integration into primary care. Her role there is also part of a cross-agency integrated team, working with the Department of Human Services, Community and Care Integration Reform division, on Behavioral Health Home services implementation. Her nursing career spans over twenty years and includes work in local public health, case management, long-term care, home care, and hospital/critical care. Tina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
