Exhibitor Information
Exhibit tables are included in all sponsorships, and are available separately to organizations whose mission, products, and resources align with the theme and vision of the Nexus Summit.
Exhibit tables include one standard 6’x3’ table, two chairs, and a waste bin. Exhibitors will be located in high-traffic areas outside of workshop rooms and the Nexus Fair, specific location assignments will be determined at a later date. Exhibits will be highlighted during the opening reception, networking breaks, the Tuesday lunch hour, and during the Nexus Fair.
Exhibitor setup will begin on Sunday, August 18 starting at 3:30 p.m. All exhibit materials must be removed from the area by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20.
