Xilong Li, PhD, MBA is a Senior Database Analyst in the Department of Population and Data Sciences, Division of Biostatistics at UT Southwestern. He has over 10 years of clinical and translational research experience with expertise in data management across many software platforms. He conducts statistical analysis using SAS statistical software and has over 30 peer-reviewed publications. He is SAS Certified as a Clinical Trials Programmer, Statistical Analyst (Regression and Modeling), and SAS Base Certification.

Background: Teamwork and interprofessional collaboration are paramount to preventing medical errors and improving patient safety alongside health outcomes. Interprofessional education (IPE) develops students’ skills in preparation for the clinical environment and collaborative practice.
