nccPA Health Foundation
Tiffany Flick is the Managing Director for the nccPA Health Foundation, which has a mission to advance the role of certified PAs to improve health. She began working with the Foundation in 2010 and joined the Foundation full time in 2013. As part of her work, Tiffany has been an active participant in the PA Leadership Initiative in Oral Health, a profession-wide movement that has leveraged a collective impact strategy to bring together interested stakeholders and champions to achieve shared goals of reducing health disparities and eradicating dental disease. She started her career with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and worked with NCCPA’s communications and governance teams as well as with its Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from the University of Georgia’s Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Georgia’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.

Since the release of Oral Health in America: A Report of the Surgeon General in 2000, primary care educators and clinicians have been encouraged to embed interprofessional Oral Health (OH) competencies across education programs.
