Dr. Stephanie Delkoski is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Minnesota, where she completed her doctorate of nursing practice degree. Stephanie completed her BSN at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is a women's health nurse practitioner and has a faculty practice at an academic Women's Health Clinic, where she provides whole lifespan care to women as part of an interprofessional team. Stephanie has focused her scholarship on enhancing the opportunities students have to learn the competencies of interprofessional practice & collaboration through experiences with measurable outcomes.

Finding Interprofessional practice (IPP) learning environments for healthcare students in community-based clinics can be challenging. One solution is to create the experiences through faculty and student innovative partnerships that can promote an interprofessional relationship alliance which benefits students, the development and evolvement of interprofessional curriculum, and educational institutions.
