Rachel Ridgeway (MSN, RN) is a Staff Nurse (who works in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) at UChicago Medicine (UCM). She is part of UCM's committee to align, measure and enhance institutional efforts to engage clinicians in interprofessional, team-based care. She has been involved and a key player in this committee since 2015.
