Dr. Norma Juma is a Professor at Washburn University. She is a holder of PhD (Strategic Management & International Business) from University of Texas at Arlington, USA. Her current research interests include sustainability, women entrepreneurship and indigenous entrepreneurship. Her work appears in Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Strategy, Journal of Small Business & Entrepreneurship, International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Innovation Management, Case Research Journal, among others. She serves on the editorial board of The Journal of African business. She is the incoming vice-president of AABD.
