Kay Grant, MS is a program coordinator in the Nebraska Medicine Office of Health Professions Education (OHPE). Her academic and professional experiences include health promotion, secondary education, and hospital and clinic operations. Her background compliments collaboration to align medical education and clinical practice in the areas of Interprofessional Education → Interprofessional Practice, Rural and Community Development, and Clinical Quality and Education, including Health Systems Science. Ms. Grant’s work also involves supporting the missions of Nebraska Medicine and UNMC through measurement of the clinical learning environment, health equity, and early outreach to interest the next generation in the health professions.

Workshop Description and Learning Objectives:1) Introductions and review of CLE measurement and optimization at Nebraska Medicine2) Using “Think-Pair-Share” to prompt individual reflection and feedback from near-peers regarding CLE measurement. Develop a shared mental model about what it means to measure the CLE through frame of reference training. Individual facilitators assigned to individual small groups.
