SUMMARY PROFILE Justine Mishek, MHA is an experienced graduate education lecturer and healthcare management professional with a focus in problem solving, change management, innovation system design, new service design and delivery. Justine serves as Senior Lecturer for the Masters of Healthcare Administration Program, Division of Health Policy and Management, School of Public Health. She is the lead instructor for the Minnesota Problem Solving Method Curriculum alongside the Strategy and Marketing Curriculum for both the Full-time and Executive MHA Programs. She is the current lead case writing facilitator for the CLARION competition. Justine brings extensive experience from prior leadership positions across the country including Kaiser Permanente, ECG Management Consultants, Fairview HealthServices, athenaHealth and various consulting engagements. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts (’97) and a Master of Healthcare Administration (’02) degree from the University of Minnesota. Workshop Description:Case studies are a powerful learning tool for self-directed learning and exploration and can stimulate sharing ideas between individuals with different professional backgrounds. Both writing cases in an interprofessional team and analyzing cases in an interprofessional team provide an intensive teamwork experience.
