Jennifer Richert is an occupational therapist by background, and is currently in the role of Associate Director, Internal Staff Development at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. In this role, she is responsible for internal staff education and mentoring. She has been with this organization (formerly known as the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) for 15 years. She previously worked as the Clinical Manager of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Pain Management Center, where she led an interdisciplinary team working with individuals with chronic pain. Prior to this role, she served as staff therapist and later allied health manager for the inpatient pediatric unit.
