Brittany is originally from Colorado and is currently a third year dental student at the University of North Carolina. She completed her undergraduate education at Duke University, where she obtained a BS degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry. Following graduation, she hopes to specialize in Oral Medicine and pursue a Master of Public Health degree.

Background: The Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice (OIPEP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill established a Student Executive Committee (SEC) to engage students in interprofessional activities. The SEC is comprised of students from the health professional schools (Allied Health, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Social Work), the Schools of Education, Business, and the Health Sciences Library.
