Becky FitzSimons is the Director of Nursing Programs at UChicago Medicine (UCM). She is part of UCM's committee to align, measure and enhance institutional efforts to engage clinicians in interprofessional, team-based care. Becky has worked at UCM for 6 years during this time she had participated in a variety of interdiciplinary team based initiatives in both our adult and pediatric care areas.
